Why we do it this way
More than 30% of our athletes come to us for a second (and some times third) opinion after an insurance-based PT clinics already tried to help them and couldn't. By then, they've already been told to rest and ice. Some are told to do "extra work" or worse - a doctor hands them a list of 10+ exercises on a sheet of paper and says only come back if it gets worse.
Unsurprisingly, the pain never goes away because nobody looked past the injury. But you won't let that happen.
We're run by former Minnesota Twins medical staff and board certified specialists so we usually find the real cause of your injury or soreness in the first visit. From there we build a custom plan around that cause - no guess work. That way athletes can get back to playing confidently again and stop guessing about their body.
We believe no athlete should lose a season because the people paid to help him only treated the sore spot and never looked for the real cause.
